The Risk Perception Training module takes place in an environment inspired by ArcelorMittal’s warehouses, the player must be properly equipped before accessing the warehouse and there he must find the security deviations and identify the correct way to mitigate them. 

This module has support for multiplayer, being possible more than one player to interact and find the deviations in the same scene, or the presence of a tutor who can guide other players actively participating with them within the application.

  • Available for the HTC Vive, Oculus Quest virtual reality devices and PC;
  • 6 degrees of freedom (6DOF);
  • Interaction via two wireless controls;
  • Sceneries and animations created in 3D;
  • Performance reporting and database integration.

Our main pain points before the project were the lack of training technologies with an emphasis on risk perception and the need to go to operational areas to show the risk to our employees and third parties. The Virtual Reality training developed by Inside allows the training of these workers without exposure to risks and without the need for travel. They also create in employees the necessary maturity so that they can pay attention to daily problems related to safety and know how to deal with them”.
